- The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
- Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
- Delivery to military regions are currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- Large orders (Canvas, Poster) can not be shipped to PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

They are beautiful, done very well. Can’t wait to give them to my brothers and sisters. Just be careful pulling off the taped label. It pulled part of the picture off. Luckily they are two sided and I will keep this one. I should have pulled off slower😞 they are definitely worth buying.

I loved these. I purchased 5 ornaments at Christmas, one 2 piece set for my husband & his sister &
brother. Loved them.
In addition I ordered 2 other ornaments for my 2 elderly living aunts (having lost 3 sisters + 1 brother
....only brother & one sister were twins). The (2) ornaments included all 6 of them. Older surviving
sister (90 years old) loved hers! The younger (80+ years) sister did not receive hers because the
post office in Bremerton, Washington had changed their house number. I'm presuming the package
was delivered to her previous house number ???? in Washington. I would like to resend her a gift (family)
photo. Other than mugs, is the any other choices for a family of 6? I would like to re-do before my
80-something aunt passes away! What choices do I have at this time?

We were all amazed at how much the ornament looked like our 4 adult kids! There were hair choices that looked exactly like each of them and they have four distinctly different hairstyles.
My siblings were pleased to receive theirs. We are all miles apart and it was a warming touch to all of us for our departed brother.
